If you voluntarily sign up for Herb Williams-Dalgart’s newsletter, this site will record your email address, first, and last name. You can refuse to supply personal information, but that will exclude you from certain related activities such as receiving newsletters and free offers. When subscribers click on a link in one of my emails or fill out a form, the site may record this information (see below how this information is used).

Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time. You may ask for all your data to be deleted at any time. It won't hurt my feelings. You're free to come back if you change your mind.

If you enter a giveaway, your email address, first, and last name is collected. If you win a physical prize, you will be asked to give your name and physical address as well. Doesn't that make sense?

Newsletter subscribers’ names and emails will only be used for receiving the newsletters or occasional communication from Herb Williams-Dalgart. Giveaway entrants will be sent emails only about the giveaway, unless they also signed up for the newsletter.

Information on which email links are clicked on the most will help us choose links that interest readers in future emails.

The only exception is that email addresses may occasionally be used when Herb Williams-Dalgart participates in collective online marketing with other writers like me. This in no way distributes the emails or signs subscribers up to any other services. Sometimes emails or this website may include third-party links. All information is saved by Herb Williams-Dalgart's email hosting service, Mailerlite and by Herb Williams-Dalgart. Should a data breach ever occur, subscribers will be notified within 7 days.

We will endeavor to keep content of both the website and the newsletter appropriate for most audiences, though the books and writings of the author may not contain content appropriate for all ages.
